WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our items are shipped through conventional methods such as FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and local freight couriers for larger items. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
This will depend on an item to item basis. Get in touch with our support for a better estimate. Most items ship within 2 days handling time and arrive within 7 days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Holy Bargain does not ship internationally at this time.
DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, AND PUERTO RICO?
Holy Bargain only ships to the contiguous United States of America, which at this time excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories.

Orders and Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You will have 30 days upon receipt of the item to return your item to our warehouses. Returns can be requested through customer support, and details will be provided to you at that time. Please provide pictures of the item should there be any damage/defects. Please note that a restocking fee may be incurred.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Guest checkout is available but an account is preferred to allow for better communication and tracking of your order status.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately due to how streamlined our system is, once an order is placed it is swiftly sent over to the vendor/manufacturer and processing is started immediately. Due to this, we are unable to guarantee that a cancellation can be performed. Please send your request and we will respond as soon as possible to let you know that a cancellation was successful or not.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be able to track your order through your account page on HolyBargain. We also will send you an email with the tracking number for your order and a link to track the item.
